ARCTI CP - 3kV insulation

The ARCTI-CP board enables to dispatch control pulses to 2 thyristors. A pulse transformer ensures the isolation between the power and the control and between the 2 outputs.

ARCTI CP4 - 10kV insulation

The ARCTI-CP3 board enables to transmit control pulses to a high power Thyristor.
A pulse transformer insures the 10kV insulation between the power and the control command.
The low leakage inductor of the transformer makes it possible to get a di/dt compatible with most of high power Thyristors.
We can use benefits of the product Ut of the pulse transformer due to the top value of current on the primary of the transformer.

ARCAP 50 - Phase angle thyristor control module

The ARCAP-50 is a universal phase angle control module. It enables to drive up to 2 thyristors and is suitable for all types of assemblies: rectifiers, power controllers or switch gates, one, two or three-phase. No configuration needed. The synchronization is automatically done on the input voltage of the converter. There is thus no need to set the phase difference or the tracking of the phase order.

FART 4 - Trigger for switch gates

Troubleshooting a selenium rectifier or suppressor

Our customer service will be happy to help you to determine what's the best solution.

Find parameters for rectifiers :

  • Voltages: Standard Voltages per cell up to 36 v rms. The voltage rating is determined by the number of cells in series
  • Current: Ratings are determined by the size of the cell or the number of cells in parallel. The circuit configuration and the type of cooling are also important factor to consider.
  • Circuits: Half wave, Doublers, Center Taps, Full Wave Bridges, single and three phase.

Find parameters for suppressors :

  • Ratings: Determined by the cell size and number of cells in a series (similar to rectifiers above).
  • Suppressors are also rated by the voltage clamping factor and the amount of reverse energy they can absorb (in joules).
